Are you a person who lives or is staying in temporary accommodation in the Fairfield Local Government Area (LGA) and travels to other suburbs to perform essential work e.g. construction work. If yes, from Saturday 17 July 2021, you require a COVID19 surveillance test every three days. Please kindly provide confirmation to MN Builders Staff that a COVID surveillance test has been undertaken and the result. Please note, that MN Builders staff will keep record of all people from the Fairfield Local Government LGA and will request the surveillance test updates to meet the requirements of the Health Order issued by the NSW Government.
